A Reminder About Combat

Hi All,
I just wanted to remind everybody that combat is intended to be OPTIONAL in this game. The only characters that will be expected to fight are NPCs, any players in the area that combat occurs will be considered out of combat unless they either contact the GMs to state their intent to engage, or make an obvious move to engage.
For example, currently over on Main Street, if combat were to break out the only player that would be likely included in the initial initiative roll would be Kara since she has her taser drawn, the NPCs that would be considered involved in combat would likely be Krowe, Croix, Retz, Jo, and possibly Ray.
