Appearance: Celeste usually wears very fancy dresses that look like they came straight out of Victorian doll's clothes: Lots of frilly dresses with bonnets, large bows, and Mary Janes. She also never leaves her home with out her teddy bear, Stitches, a black and white bear with, as his name implies, many stitches. On particularly cloudy nights, she will also bring an umbrella with a spiderweb design.
Supernatural Type?: Her aura radiates with some sort of hidden agenda for death, her girlish charm allowing any who pass her unable to say no to her wishes, and most could swear that her bear moved on its own when she left for the loo.
Public Knowledge: She speaks French like a Frenchwoman and English like a British woman, and yet she lives in America. Her high pitch voice deceives anyone with what her actual age is and seems to only giggle when you ask her, not minding too much of the question but then saying something cryptic about how she'll set your house on fire. She also makes a mean Devil's food cake...
